DMCA Policy

1. Overview

BHSTYLE SPECTRUM LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with the DMCA.

This policy applies to the Drama Island website (dramaisland.xyz) and mobile application, including all content, features, and functionality (collectively, the "Service").

2. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available on or through our Service infringes your copyright, you may send us a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, your notice must include the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice that has not been successfully countered.

We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who, in our sole discretion, are deemed to have violated our copyright policy, even if the user has not been the subject of multiple DMCA takedown notices.

6. Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
• Provide the user with the DMCA takedown notice
• Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will provide a copy to the person who sent the original DMCA takedown notice and inform them that we will replace the removed material in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

7. Safe Harbor Protection

We qualify for safe harbor protection under Section 512 of the DMCA as a service provider. This means we are not liable for copyright infringement by our users, provided we comply with the DMCA's requirements, including:

• Having no actual knowledge of infringing activity
• Not receiving financial benefit directly attributable to infringing activity
• Responding expeditiously to remove infringing material upon notice
• Having implemented a repeat infringer policy

8. Fair Use and User Rights

We respect users' rights to fair use and other lawful uses of copyrighted material. Before sending a DMCA takedown notice, copyright owners should consider whether the use of their material may be:

• Fair use under copyright law
• Licensed under a Creative Commons or similar license
• In the public domain
• Covered by another legal exception to copyright infringement

9. Response Time

We strive to process all valid DMCA takedown notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, response times may vary depending on the complexity of the notice and our current workload.

For urgent matters involving ongoing copyright infringement, please mark your communication as "URGENT" in the subject line and provide detailed justification for the urgency.
